The Manufacturing Engineer, Process is responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools, and equipment of the manufacturing systems.

Kewajiban

• Manage and monitor the process capabilities of part manufacturing with secondary processes and/or product assembly.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to fulfill new product requirements and come up with technical proposals.
• Responsible for all industrialization deliverables related to the technical aspects in the PDLM projects.
• Play a proactive and creative role in project teams and lead technical discussions.
• Identify bottlenecks/risks and initiate corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot issues that happen during production.

Kualifikasi

• Experience working in Manufacturing Environment/Production Line.
• Familiarity with 3D Data software (Solidworks/Unigraphics) and 2D drawings.
• Understanding in Mechatronics and Automation system.
• Familiarity with Engineering activities and Reports.
• Understanding of Problem Solving Tools/Root Cause Analysis and Six Sigma principles.
