The Preschool Teacher position requires candidates to have a Bachelor's degree and teaching experience in early childhood education. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must, along with a love for interacting with children.
Kewajiban
• Plan and implement a full-day, year-round, developmentally appropriate curriculum including weekly themes and lesson plans, inclusion of theme-related materials, and rotation of toys and equipment regularly
• Provide a safe, responsive, stimulating environment by actively engaging oneself in daily activities and routines
• Observe, record, and assess each child's individual growth and development
• Form and maintain professional relationships with parents and families
• Assess all areas of development of children using the curriculum
• Develop a progress report for each child. Conduct two parent-teacher meetings per year with each family.
• Supervision and direction of Assistant Teacher (MT)
• General class keeping and admin
• Together with the main teacher, plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum including weekly themes and lesson plans, including theme-related materials, and rotation of toys and equipment regularly (AT)
Kualifikasi
• Maximum 38 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum Bachelor of Chinese Literature/Chinese Education (MandT)
• 1 year of minimum teaching experience in early childhood education (AT)
• 2 years of minimum teaching experience in early childhood education (MT)
• 3 years of minimum teaching experience in early childhood education (MandT)
• Good command of English (oral and written) is A MUST (MT, AT, MandT)
• Good command of Mandarin (oral and written) is A MUST, and understanding English is an advantage (MandT)
• Love interacting with the children and creative (MT, AT, MandT)
