The Procurement Source-to-Contract (S2C) Functional Lead will be responsible for global functional standard and transformation.
Kewajiban
• Primary lead for the global functional standard and transformation of the Source-to-Contract process.
• Serve as primary contact and liaison with the system supplier (Jaggaer), Procurement IT, and S4 P2P regarding: S2C data dependencies for optimized, integrated processes.
• Contribute to testing activities: Develop the overall testing strategy and plan with IT, other Functional leads, Program managers, Vendors, and SMEs.
• Deliver documentation, plans, and deliverables in alignment with methodology and best practices.
• Comply with project management plan, governance structure, and status reporting activities.
• Contribute to the change management, communication, and training plans and execute or assign activities per the plans.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience in strategic sourcing or purchasing; or a combination of experience in supply chain, IT, sales, or finance with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing or purchasing.
• Excellent data analysis and analytic skills.
• Experience with PPG procurement tools and processes.
• Experience with global support/service with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization.
