People Development Lead

The People Development Lead is responsible for creating training programs, monitoring employee development, and improving training methods.
Kewajiban
• Creating a concept of need analysis for employee training and development based on the results of performance management (Performance Appraisal)
• Providing orientation training for new employees
• Developing a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Developing curriculum, modules, and materials that can be used for training and development to support employee competencies
• Monitoring and generating reports on the results of employee training and development to serve as evaluation material for future training program improvements
• Evaluating all employee training and development activities, especially evaluating at levels 3 and 4
• Reviewing teaching methods for all training participants to enhance employee skills and competencies
• Monitoring all training facilities and infrastructure needs to ensure availability according to requirements
• Conducting human resources development (improvement) for trainers to enhance the productivity of employee training and development programs
• Performing other tasks assigned by the Department Head / Division Head
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or other relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Learning and Development or organizational development role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Willing to work on Saturday and Public Holiday
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering custom training programs, including needs analysis, course development, and delivery
• Ability to facilitate training sessions and presentations to groups of various sizes and levels of the organization
• Excellent project management, planning, and organization skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate the targeted development of individuals and departments
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated cross-cultural competency and willingness to work in a diverse environment
