Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management, Human Resources, Law, Economy.
• Minimum 7 years experience in handling Industrial Relations matters.
• Preferably experience working in Palm Oil Plantation.
• Has good communication skills, good listener, Team work.
• Willing to work in Kab. Kotawaringin Timur - Central Kalimantan.
• Good communication in English and good skill in operating Ms Office.
