Senior Manager - Legal position requiring a Bachelor’s Degree in law, over 5 years of legal experience, and strong knowledge of local and international laws and regulations.

Kewajiban

• Managing the Company's Legal department including negotiating and drafting internal and external agreements relating to the company operations, bank credit, corporate actions, licensing, and company legality and filling in documentation as well as ensuring the company's obligations as a legal entity are following applicable laws and regulations.
• Guide management on the legal implications of business decisions
• Manage potential legal risks and ensure they are mitigated effectively

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in law
• Has experience more than 5 years in handling Legal matters
• Has experience in Oil Palm Plantation Company Active license to practice law in Indonesia
• Has Strong knowledge of local and relevant international laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Able to communicate fluently in English
• Excellent leadership skills
• Good skill in using MS Office
