After Sales Engineer (Heavy Equipment Parts) position for Excavator Product

Kewajiban

• Sell heavy equipment spare parts or Excavator products based on new and existing customer data.
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand consumer needs according to consumer-requested specifications and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical pre-sales support, explain product specifications, and support After Sales Service to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Increase company product sales by attending exhibitions, conferences, and other heavy equipment marketing events.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum education D3/S1 in engineering or related field.
• Experience as a sales Part of Heavy Equipment or Excavator.
• Friendly personality with high integrity.
• Skills in sales, marketing, project handling, tender process, presentation, and communication.
• Target-oriented sales approach.
• Active SIM A.
