Key Account Management (Petroleum) involves defining criteria, developing strategies, managing relationships, and executing sales activities for key accounts.
Kewajiban
• Define criteria and identify key account customers/ projects to be managed under KAM
• Develop strategy & action plans to win new key accounts
• Manage relationship with key accounts
• Execute end-to-end sales activity for key accounts to ensure flawless customer experience
Kualifikasi
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Management / Engineering
• Experience min 5 years in related function, same industry is advantage
• Able to speak, read and write in English (Working Proficiency Plus)
• Understand customer needs and develop strategy to win new account
• Able to operate Microsoft office
