The position involves developing and monitoring PDC, managing people development activities, and overseeing talent pool.
Kewajiban
• Develop and monitor PDC
• Manage people development activities to ensure high performing organization
• Manage talent pool
• Identify possible internal sourcing to fill in vacant positions
• Preparation of Human Resources (HR) administration such as SK (Promotion, Rotation, Mutation), SP, etc.
• Develop Individual Development Plan (IDP), tracking and monitoring IDP implementation.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree from psychology, management, human resources
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Organization Development/Performance Management/Talent Management
• Have experience to doing job grading
• Strong Analytical thinking
• Good communication
