Staff Accountant position responsible for monitoring financial procedures, preparing reports, and coordinating with HR.

Kewajiban

• Monitor and guarantee the accuracy and suitability of procedures, trade stock, journaling, and carry out assignments, as well as resolve procedural problems
• Prepare and submit financial reports per period covering company assets, budget, marketing funds, trade receivables, depreciation and expense charges, exchange differences, stock recaps, employee receivables
• Manage and control the monthly and annual closing process
• Coordinate with HR to prepare salary distribution recaps
• Monitoring GL journals on company financial transactions
• Make reimbursements for all principals every 3 months

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2 - 3 years' experience in accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
