Handle daily operationals MT, managing job’s and managing people like human ( KAR, Sales MT & MD ), report, target, sales by Brand. Make iniciative activity, event promotion in order to creating demand. applying that program for distribution outlet   ( Minis, MTKA & MTI ) then monitoring and evaluating, reporting activity.

Kewajiban

• Responsibility of visibility, avaibility, display product eye level, managing space of share product, distribution/penetrating product, manage people, managing distribution
• Lead people in achieving highest performance
• Develop relationship within PIC MT Outlet
• Manage products portfolio to optimize sales and profit
• Handle of market leader product like POCARI SWEAT and baby brand SOYJOY, ION WATER, Fibe Mini & ORONAMIN C C
• Make activity plan and monitoring selling in and selling out to achieve target sales.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 3 year working experience in an FMCG company as a sales supervisor.
