Detail posisi

The Specialist Medical Site will be responsible for organizing, managing, and delivering healthcare programs, coordinating with other departments and external parties, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Kewajiban

• Organizing, managing, and delivering healthcare programs that follow regulations and align with company values
• Understanding health benefits, insurance policies, and referral system
• Coordinating, supervising, monitoring, and maintaining tracking on referral process
• Providing necessary assistance to visiting employees/dependents
• Analyzing and escalating employees' and dependents' complaints
• Recommending adjustments and changes in business flow processes

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing/public health, Healthcare, or related field
• Minimum one year experience in hospital/clinic setting
• Understanding of Indonesia health regulations
• Basic knowledge of healthcare management and health insurance
• Advanced data analysis & statistic management skills
