Deliveree is seeking experienced hires in customer service or fresh graduates with a minimum education of a 3-year diploma degree (D3) or above who are interested in kickstarting their career with an entry-level customer service role at Deliveree, Indonesia’s leading mobile-app logistics technology company.

Kewajiban

• Perform specific communication, support, problem-solving, and quality control duties in the Booking Operations Center (BOC) • Undergo 2-3 weeks of classroom training and receive regular evaluations and feedback • Be placed into one of the 4 teams in the BOC with mentors to guide you

Kualifikasi

• No minimum or maximum year of working experience • Minimum education of a 3-year diploma degree (D3) or above • GPA 3.0 or higher • Good English skills • Good speaking and writing skills
