Legal Supervisor position requiring a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law and at least 1 year of experience in Legal or Accounting.

Kewajiban

• Assist superiors in completing daily tasks, both routine and specific, and act as a liaison between parties who want to communicate with superiors by scheduling meetings.
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on meeting deadline fulfillment.
• Ensure the content of distribution agreements complies with company regulations and ensure that changes in distribution agreements are known to all parties involved.
• Monitor the validity period and validate the authenticity of data stated in bank guarantees and monitor the compliance and timeliness of processing distribution agreements and bank guarantees.
• Provide legal reviews of the content of cooperation agreements (MOUs) and review the content of MOUs to comply with legal provisions and regulations.
• Control the achievement of Department BSC every month, and monitor the achievement of each staff's IPM to achieve the company's vision & mission.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law.
• At least 1 year of experience in Legal or Accounting with the same position.
• Good leadership skills, firm, neat, and detail-oriented.
• Possess negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, time management, and good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review and analyze legal documents such as cooperation agreements and distribution agreements.
