Marketing Manager position for FMCG industry with leadership skills and experience in Sumatera region.

Kewajiban

• Ensure target achievement through sales activities, brand management, and trade strategies
• Develop work plans aligned with company policies to achieve marketing targets
• Conduct regular sales and performance evaluations
• Manage marketing trade budget and evaluate market activities and strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development
• Conduct in-depth market research and ensure project management work runs smoothly

Kualifikasi

• Maximum age of 45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG industry as Marketing Manager or equivalent
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel or be placed outside the city
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure/deadlines, disciplined, honest, firm, and responsible
