Kewajiban
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and store metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Set sales targets and provide guidance to sales associates on achieving individual and team goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure effective product placement, displays, and promotions to drive sales.
Kualifikasi
• Min Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field
• Having experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a area or multi-store management
• Proven work experience in Paint or Building Materials industry would be prefer
• Proficient in Data Analytics
• Proficient in Any ERP, Ms.Office
