HR Manager position at PT Astari Niagara Internasional in Bitung, Tangerang

Kewajiban

• Work closely as the Counterpart for all functional leaders in Bitung Plant including coaching, counseling, provide advice, guidance/intervene all Leaders related to HR matters.
• Ensure implementation of HR Policies in Plant Bitung including but not limited to Organization Structure Design, ManPower Planning, Recruitment, Induction & Integration, Promotion/Rotation/Transfer/Demotion, Performance Management, etc.
• Engage all employees and all functional units in Plant Bitung to ensure positive employee engagement and maintain relationship with Union.

Kualifikasi

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Management
• At least 10 years of working experience with 5 years as HR Manager in manufacturing company
• Min. 80% of career/experience in manufacturing companies
• A good mix of MNC company & privately-owned company will be an advantage
• Plus point if have Certification in HR Management (CHRM) and/or BNSP
