PT Astari Niagara Internasional is seeking a Production Manager for their location in Cikupa, Tangerang.

Kewajiban

• Ensure production output meets quality standards and run optimum output as per established targets while maintaining product quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Ensure preventive and machine maintenance is carried out periodically to perform in optimum capacity.
• Set individual KPI's and his subordinate based on departmental objectives in order to drive the organization performance align to company's objectives.
• Manage and evaluate machine resources, people competency to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a manufacturing company with a minimum of 100 employees and 24/7 production operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
