PT Astari Niagara Internasional is looking for XT Production Shift Supervisor for placement in Cikupa, Tangerang.

Kewajiban

• Ensure and direct production output targets in the shift according to planning with quality that meets standards.
• Ensure machine feasibility, material availability, completeness of work tools, and personnel in the shift according to standards.
• Identify problems related to output, machines, and abnormalities for corrective and preventive actions.
• Create reports on output, quality, and downtime in each shift.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Supervisor in the Extrusion field.
• Experience working in a factory with 24/7 operation.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Ms. Excel, Word, Outlook, & Power Point.
