Risk Policy Specialist position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of experience in the financial industry.

Kewajiban

• Assist Risk Policy Manager to develop and implement credit strategies and credit acceptance policies which are consistent with the products and targeted customer segments using extensive quantitative analysis in identification of risks and opportunities
• Assist Risk Policy Manager to develop and implement strategies and policies to manage operational risk
• Develop the credit policy that is aligned with product, big data, and technology roadmaps to grow the company from a startup to a dominant regional player
• Continuously improve credit policy based on monitoring results and deploy various testing required to improve the policy, scoring and general risk and product strategies
• Work with technology and data streams to ensure better quality of credit policy

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in the financial industry especially in compliance/ risk management for minimum of 2 years is preferred
• Thorough knowledge of products, services, operations and systems and extensive dealing with laws, regulations and regulatory agencies related to assigned areas
• Experience in process and control mapping methodologies
• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and efficient
