BMW Astra is looking for candidates to be positioned as a PDCA Analyst at the Head Office.

Kewajiban

• This function is critical to co-develop corporate vision, mission, and strategy as CEO partner.
• To translate the Corporate KPI into each Department KPI.
• Monitor the implementation of corporate performance.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree from Management / Finance / Accounting or related degree.
• 27 years old maximum.
• Great communication and interpersonal skill.
• A deep understanding of business strategy frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to gather, interpret, and draw insights from complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making.
