The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for describing menu items, assisting guests with food and beverage decisions, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service.
Kewajiban
• Describe menu items and assist guests with making food and beverage decisions
• Comply with policies, procedures, regulations and service standards for outlets
• Processes cash and check transactions
• To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Manager and supervisor
• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Standards of Performance
• To be responsible for preparing and serving of guest orders
Kualifikasi
• Candidate should be knowledgeable in the areas of food and wine, and should possess outstanding sale skills
• Well-groomed and energetic with positive attitude and mindset
• Han an experience in F&B company in the similar position
• Preferably tourism and hospitality education based
• Proficiency in English
