Detail posisi

Responsible for overseeing all export and import activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.

Kewajiban

• Arrange shipping schedules with forwarders and send shipping instructions to the Factory
• Create VR, VO and other documents for the Inspection process until getting the Surveyor's Report and goods insurance
• Prepare custom clearance documents such as SKDO, LOI, power of attorney and others
• Process PIB, billing payments, SPPB and monitor the process of releasing goods to their destination
• Create costing of shipping costs both by sea and air
• Conduct certification processes such as SNI, SKEM, PI and others

Kualifikasi

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field related
• At least having 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Having experience in EXIM, Forwarding, Custom Clearance & Import Documents is an advantage
• Able to operate Ms. Office: exel, power poit, outlook, etc.
• Able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
