Kewajiban

• Perform daily activities related to account payable (AP) data verification, classification, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for payment follow-ups.
• Reconcile physical invoices with system invoices to ensure payment accuracy.
• Prepare accurate and timely payment summary reports.
• Organize company payment document filing effectively according to standards.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proactive and have a high willingness to learn.
