Exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineering Manager (Project & Developer) to lead and manage complex projects from start to finish.

Kewajiban

• Lead and manage the planning and design stages of civil and architectural projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Perform due diligence on new construction sites, assessing their feasibility and potential impact.
• Oversee all project stages, from initial planning to final execution and completion.
• Survey new construction sites and evaluate existing structures for potential upgrades.
• Design and recommend improvements to software drawings (CAD, SAP2000, Etabs, and City Engineering) to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Prepare cost estimations (BoQs) and project budgets, ensuring financial viability.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior management, or managerial roles within Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in leading and managing complex civil and architectural projects from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering, architectural principles, and construction standards/codes.
• Proficiency in civil engineering and architectural project management software (Civil 3D, SAP2000, Etabs, City Engineering, and CAD).
