PT Cahaya Murni Central Java is part of Cahaya Buana Group with 50 business units across Indonesia. We are a manufacturing company of Bigland springbed brand, Bigfoam foam mattress, and Napolly plastic furniture established since 1994 in Semarang City. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager.

Kewajiban

• Propose budgeting and marketing target planning
• Plan strategic work programs to achieve set targets
• Evaluate and analyze work programs periodically to improve sales performance
• Manage effective work arrangements for the marketing team
• Daily control of salesman & sales supervisor visits
• Develop and propose attractive promotion strategies

Kualifikasi

• Maximum age of 38 years
• Minimum 5 years experience as Sales/Marketing Manager (B2B preferred or furniture industry)
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Attractive appearance and extensive networking
• Communicative, youthful, enthusiastic, energetic & highly motivated
• Able to perform well under target & pressure
• Willing to travel out of town
