Plant Manager position at PT Cahaya Murni Central Java

Kewajiban

• Evaluate and analyze functions within the organization to achieve Company goals according to applicable procedures
• Lead, motivate, and supervise subordinates
• Improve machinery and work facilities to achieve better production performance
• Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations including production, maintenance, and warehouse departments
• Manage production costs and raw materials by maintaining operational expenses within budget, and analyze cost reduction measures
• Document and ensure that all production process records are consistently executed and evaluated

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience as a manager in the manufacturing industry
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing industry production processes
• Good analytical and leadership skills
