The HR Specialist SPV is responsible for recruitment, industrial relations, and HR operations.
Kewajiban
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across diverse channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
• Responsible for industrial relations that also covers employee disputes, internal communication, employee relations, grievance, hiring-terminations.
• Responsible for routine or mandatory reports to the government or regulators, and monthly reports to the management.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact on Human Resource questions ensuring clients are in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, personnel records management using HRIS to maintain accurate employee data
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Streamline HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
• Experience at the same field & industry minimum 1 years
• Excellent knowledge in Labor Law
• Good communication, problem solving, customer service skill
• Public Speaking & Presentation skill
• Strong written communications skills
• Strong Organizational Skills; Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Microsoft Office
