Provide high level of customer service for domestic and international customers, ensure KPI achievement, and collaborate with various departments to define customer service strategy.
Kewajiban
• Receive, verify and process customers’ requirements
• Ensure implementation of processes and procedures
• Communicate with superior/manager for any issues
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails
• Handle cases and claims
• Coordinate with various departments for smooth operations
Kualifikasi
• Min. 1-2 years working experience in international shipping/freight-forwarding
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably
• English fluency
• Knowledge of trade/destination rules
• Experience in providing customer service support
