Port Operation Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations activities, managing vessel operations, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and developing team members.

Kewajiban

• Oversee day-to-day all operations activities (Cargo + Marine)
• Manage pre/post vessel operations activities with respective timeline
• Monitor daily operation activeness on a 24-hour basis
• Provide directions and resolutions for routine and non-routine business problems
• Maintain communication and relationships with Port Authorities, terminal operators, Masters, Customs, and local port Institutions
• Represent operations team in meetings and required times

Kualifikasi

• Experience in port operations management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and maintain OPEX
• Knowledge of KPI reporting and productivity monitoring
• Familiarity with CMA CGM group policies and procedures
