Port Operation Officer - Planner is responsible for vessel arrival preparation, monitoring vessel berthing, and handling tasks after vessel departure.

Kewajiban

• Inform and request open stacking to terminal (for inbound vessel) or from vessel operator (partner vessel)
• Create and provide discharge list by comparing to LISA PCO
• Create and provide daily stacked by comparing to LISA PCO (since day 1 open stacking until closing time)
• Create and provide agent weight list (for owned vessel) – planning purpose
• Create and provide CVIA and discharge plan to terminal, ensure getting Berthing on Arrival
• Create and validate port call draft and port call plan (Berthing prospect in PRS) for owned vessel
• Check and generate special cargo manifest (DG, RF and OOG) for owned vessel
• Check and monitor cargo plan from terminal (using MACS3) for owned vessel
• Provide EDI (Cargo Plan, Special Cargo Manifest) to vessel and ensure vessel command approved including the adjustment/revision for owned vessel.
• Create and provide Provisional Load List for Outward Manifest submission by comparing to LISA PCO both for owned vessel and partner vessel.
• For owned vessel, monitor discharging and loading to meet productivity KPI (include optimization of crane split)
• Validate arrival report to HO, next port and partner (PRS Arrival Report)
• Update progress report every 4 hours
• Monitor and coordinate with boarding team regarding clearance and ensure all in order and in due time.
• For partner vessel, validate arrival report to HO, next port and partner in PRS and collect documents of damage report (if any)
• Create and provide confirmation load list for internal and ARO purpose by comparing to LISA PCO.
• Validate departure report
• Create terminal departure report for system validation (for owned vessel)
• Create ‘Realisasi Bongkar Muat’ based on Discharging and Loading figures for Finance reconciliation without dispute
• Create productivity report, publish confirmation load in LISA, provide and get RBM confirmation from partner, issue and prepare claim letter if any damage occurs during vessel operation (for owned vessel)
• Monitor PCR creation by SSC Team (both for owned vessel and partner vessel)
• Participate in the internal training as per group and or agency instruction/requirement.
• Comply with Principal’s policy
• Do any other assignments when assigned by direct superior

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in port operations or related field
• Familiarity with port operation systems and software (e.g., MACS3, LISA PCO)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
