Detail posisi

Finance Executive/Senior Executive responsible for preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable, and assisting with tax preparation.

Kewajiban

• Preparing and delivering financial reports - monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Managing the Account Payable process including booking of entries and checking completeness of documents.
• Issuing Invoice and Faktur Pajak, checking supporting documents.
• Preparing and submitting Monthly Tax and Annual Tax.
• Performing month-end closing of books, raising journal entries for monthly, accruals, depreciation, and reversal over-accrual and prepayment.
• Assisting in other finance work-related tasks and covering other colleagues when necessary.

Kualifikasi

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
• Familiar with SAP is an advantage
• More than 3 years of working experience in accounting jobs
• Previous exposure to Accounts Payable is an advantage
• Able to work independently as well as a Team.
