Detail posisi

The Purchasing Executive will provide admin support to the Purchasing Team, handle goods and invoices, arrange deliveries, compare prices, and perform other delegated tasks.

Kewajiban

• Providing admin support to the Purchasing Team.
• Receiving of goods, letters, and invoices from vendors.
• Arranging delivery of goods.
• Providing admin support to other departments if requested by the Management.
• Providing comparison prices for the goods
• Performing other tasks delegated by the superior.

Kualifikasi

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in any major
• Min experience 1-2 years in the same position/industry
• Understand all flow processes of Purchasing Procedures
• Good communication & negotiation
• Excellent in English both verbal and written
