The Account Receivable Staff is responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining collection and aging receivable, coordinating with departments, handling petty cash, maintaining files and records, and supporting account payable tasks.

Kewajiban

• Preparing Invoice to Customer.
• Maintain Collection and Aging Receivable.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to collect supporting documents for the Invoice process.
• Handle Petty Cash.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable files & records.
• Support Account Payable Task.

Kualifikasi

• Min. Education : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Understanding Financial Principles.
• Understand Account Receivable (AR) process.
• Have experience min 1 year in accounting field.
• Experience operating accounting system.
