The Assistant Manager HRD in Kalimantan Barat is responsible for building and developing the HR team, monitoring HRD functions, and ensuring employee performance.
Kewajiban
• Build and develop HR team, system, and tools
• Monitor and manage the implementation of HRD function
• Ensure employee performance appraisal, promotion, mutation, and termination
• Handle employee & industrial relation related issues independently
• Hold counseling for motivating employees to achieve company target
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree in Law, Management, Human Resources or equivalent
• Preferably manager/senior manager specialized in palm oil company
• Minimum 3 years experience as HR & GA Assistant Manager
• Mature, Flexible, Firm and good in human relation skill
• Skills: interview & selection, labor & industrial relations, negotiation skill
