Steel Fabrication and Site Construction company is seeking a Fresh Graduate for Site Administration position in Africa.

Kewajiban

• Enhancing career by being stationed in the Site Project in Africa
• Assisting in site administration tasks
• Supporting project team in daily operations
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
• Working on site with long periods of time

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 22 years old
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• 1 year of working experience in related field preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and good negotiation and communication skills
