Detail posisi

Supervisor GA position responsible for managing General Affairs and IT operations, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

Kewajiban

• Preparing quality objectives and compiling work programs and HIRADC General Affairs and IT (GA/IT).
• Control and evaluate work plans and programs related to activities transportation services and other public services, asset/infrastructure maintenance, fulfillment of ATK and other office supplies, legal document management, environmental security and IT services in supporting company operations.
• Make improvements to gain effectiveness and efficiency in managing affairs GA/IT.
• Developing and improving the competence of personnel under him.
• Ensure all GA/IT operations run smoothly and well.
• Building good communication with external parties in the environment around the relevant company with environmental safety.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experienced min. 5 years as Supervisor GA at Construction or Manufacturing Company
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and maintenance
• Willing to work full WFO at Cikarang Selatan, West Java
• Have driving license ( SIM A)
