Detail posisi

The Document Export position involves checking, replying, and following up on incoming emails, printing out B/L, sending invoices to customers, maintaining B/L from branch offices and 3rd countries, receiving OB/L and LOI from customers, maintaining invoice manual, and providing Debit note & credit note for Fin internally.

Kewajiban

• Checking, replying, and following up incoming email
• Print out B/L
• Print out and sending invoice to the customers
• Maintain B/L from branch office and 3rd country, which need to process at Jakarta office
• Received the OB/L and LOI from customers for shipment from branch offices and 3rd country, which need to process and/or surrender it at IDDKT
• Maintain invoice manual and provide Debit note & credit note for Fin internally

Kualifikasi

• Having a bachelor degree from reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00 (Transportation faculty preferable)
• Maximum 28 years old
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Computer literate
• FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOME
