HR Supervisor position in Grobogan, Jawa Tengah with experience in labor relations, ER, and social compliance audits. Proficiency in English is preferred.
Kewajiban
• Build good relationships with employees
• Resolve and anticipate industrial relations disputes
• Address employee complaints
• Evaluate company regulations and policies in accordance with labor regulations
• Issue sanction documents for violations of work rules as stated in the Company Regulations
• Register Collective Agreements and LKS B reports to relevant agencies
• Understand Labor Laws
• Resolve Industrial Relations Disputes (PHI) and handle negotiation processes in Termination of Employment (PHK)
• Build good relationships with relevant institutions (Disnaker / Menaker, etc.)
• Identify issues that may disrupt operational activities and provide the best solutions for the company
• Propose adjustments to company labor changes with changes in applicable laws
• Follow every information and development of state legal policies
Kualifikasi
• Experience in labor relations
• Minimum 3 years experience in ER
• Able to create SOP
• Experience in handling Bipartite LKS
• Proficient in English is preferred
• Experience in handling Social Compliance Audits
