PT Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories is offering a Management Development Program to prepare future leaders for their Divisions.

Kewajiban

• Selected candidates must take part in the program, starting in training on all department and division with variety of Business Process
• Mentors in the MDP's program are experienced managers, so all participants will be taught about the workflow, solving the problems as well as prepared the Candidate's to fill the position in Galenium
• Participants can get learning through direct observation.
• In addition to receiving learning or training from senior managers, MDP participants must also fully support the manager's work. In general, managers are in charge of carrying out organizational planning and coordination, while MDP participants will assist managers in fulfilling these tasks
• Conducting research related to company sales, company growth, improvement operational system and promotion strategies
• Prepare and create presentations for each stage of the learning process in each department or division
• Assist managers in making work evaluations, including writing reports or analyzing data

Kualifikasi

• Minimum pursue a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Candidate’s age max. 25 years old
• Proficiency in English both Verbal and Written
• Fresh graduate or with Max. 1 year of working experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent in Communication Skills, Creative Thinking, Leadership, and Analytical skills
• High integrity, commitment equal with Proactive and problem solving oriented
• Willing to be placed in HO, Factory and branches throughout Indonesia
