The POD Admin Staff is responsible for collecting, updating, and communicating data related to invoices, shipments, and billing purposes.
Kewajiban
• POD collect, recap data, receive invoices and check with data
• Update SOA vendor and to customers
• Complete documents for billing purposes to customers and payments to vendors
• Communicate with Finance regarding invoice status
• Create a Dashboard of POD and Shipment status reports
• Filing all documents as well
Kualifikasi
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) degree in any field
• 2 years experience in an administrative role with knowledge of logistic or freight forwarding
• Good communication skill
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
