Training Supervisor position involves designing, administering, and providing expertise in development design and training programs.

Kewajiban

• Designing, administering, and providing expertise in development design and training programs.
• Designing and administering the training needs of the business process through mitra and gateway needs and consultation with superior.
• Effectively communicate with all trainers area and subordinate.
• Conducting all area training.
• Maintaining records and providing participants with feedback in area

Kualifikasi

• Min bachelor degree in all majors
• Min. 2 years experience as Trainer Supervisor
• Proficient in English
• Good in Microsoft office (Word, excel and Powerpoint)
• Public speaking, content development, project management, training need analysis.
