Full-time on-site role for a Mandarin Speaker at J&T Express in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Kewajiban

• Facilitating communication in Mandarin between the company and its Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Translation and interpretation of company documents to Mandarin and vice versa.
• Providing support to Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Managing customer inquiries and complaints in Mandarin.

Kualifikasi

• Fluent in Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent translation and interpretation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Mandarin, Translation, Communication, or related field
