• Plan, direct, implement, monitor, and continuously improve general service operations including cleanliness, security, operational vehicle services, external relations, and permit management • Set short-term department targets considering internal and external factors and division initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals • Develop annual planning priorities including work program initiatives and financial budgets to achieve set targets • Execute office service department programs and monitor their implementation to ensure activities align with targets • Implement continuous innovation and improvement for daily operations and office service delivery within an efficient budget • Monitor and ensure all necessary operational permits (non-labor related) are obtained and comply with requirements set by relevant authorities to support overall office operational activities • Provide quarterly progress reports to superiors • Build synergy and good relationships with cross-functional departments to support department activities • Provide guidance and ensure team development programs are implemented to enhance competencies
