B2B Online Sales position with responsibilities including contacting customers, handling e-commerce operations, and maintaining customer relationships.
Kewajiban
• Contact potential or existing customers to offer products, explain products advantages to potential customers, ask questions to understand customer's needs, cross-selling and closing sales.
• Handle e-commerce campaign and operations.
• Build good relationship with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Visit customers when necessary.
• Input and update customer information into the database.
• Receive and process sales order accurately (marketplaces and social-commerce).
• Handle complaints to maintain the brand reputation.
• Maintain call and sales records and records useful information.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree (marketing/economy/business/administration) from reputable university
• Has minimum 2 years in a similar role
• Have excellent skill about sales, telemarketing, telesales, e-commerce and customer care
• Have excellent problem solving, interpersonal skill, communication and negotiation skill
• Have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
• Willing to be placed in Menteng, Jakarta
