• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Train and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team, providing guidance
Kualifikasi
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices
• Experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing and email campaigns
• Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
• Strong analytical and project management skills
