Area Sales Supervisor MT position at Kraft Heinz in Pekanbaru

Kewajiban

• Ensure perfect delivery of goods to consumers, increase sales and distribution as a routine task.
• Ensure sales implementation according to set targets.
• Conduct activities to support distributor management strategies: ensure practices are in line with standards, follow sales processes according to procedures, perform control & monitoring, evaluate distributor performance, operational systems, to support organizational performance.
• Be the daily point of contact from Kraft Heinz to the distributor.

Kualifikasi

• Education: at least a Bachelor's degree (for Manager level) in any field.
• Work Experience: +4 years in handling Modern Trade.
• Company Background: FMCG Company.
• Language Skills: Indonesian language preferred. Ability to communicate in English will be an added advantage to advance your career at Kraft Heinz.
• Character: dynamic, high energy, diligent, resilient, teamwork, able to work at a fast pace and focus on results.
• Understanding & willingness to be placed in various areas in Indonesia as needed.
