As the Branch Manager at PT. Herointi Nusa, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and staff at the branch location. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing budgets, setting goals, and maintaining a positive work environment for your team.
Kewajiban
• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective performance
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with other branch managers and senior management to drive overall company goals and objectives
• Prepare and present reports on branch performance, financials, and other key metrics to senior management
• Participate in recruitment, training, and development of branch staff
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in management position
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
