Store Supervisor position in F&B industry with minimum 2 years experience as a store leader.
Kewajiban
• Managing operational activities of restaurant/cafe outlets
• Leading operational team
• Maintaining product and service quality
• Scheduling crew work shifts
• Motivating crew to achieve sales targets
• Ensuring promotional programs are implemented
Kualifikasi
• Minimum 2 years experience in F&B industry as a store leader
• Experience in report making and stock taking
• Minimum D3 education
• Understanding of human resource management (recruitment & training)
• Proficient in Ms. Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point
