Breakdown Maintenance Technician position responsible for corrective and breakdown maintenance on Cell Battery production equipment.
Kewajiban
• Perform corrective & breakdown maintenance on Cell Battery production equipment regarding Mechanical / Electrical / Pneumatic / Hydropneumatic / PLC and etc.
• Provide daily reports and activity.
• Manage good order of maintenance Workstation and Equipment (5S).
• Participate in activities related to equipment Initial setup and trial.
• Always work with awareness of health, safety and environment for self and others.
• Supporting for performing preventive & predictive maintenance of Cell Battery Production Equipment according to schedule.
• Perform Regular Calibration of some components on Cell Battery Equipment Machines.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum SMK major in Mechanical/Manufacture/Electrical/Electronics/Automation & Instrument/Mechatronic.
• Have an experience of working at least 2 years in Technician or Mechanical.
• Able to communicate in English or Korean Language will be an advantage.
• Have an experience of working with SIEMENS & MITSUBISHI PLC will be an advantage.
• Willing to work on shift.
• Have a willingness to learn about new production technology.
• Good understanding about technical drawing / electrical diagram/ pneumatic diagram/ mechanical components / electrical component.
• Good engineering analytical skill.
• Max 24 years old
• Willing to work in Karawang.
